Job Title: HRBP (Maternity cover 8 months)
This role will provide maternity cover for a period of 8 months. The successful candidate will work within the group HR team structure, reporting to the Head of People and working closely with site operational teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Management of headcount for site or locations
* Daily headcount reporting and analysis
* Control attendance management policy
* Manage recruitment process to ensure correct numbers of employees are in place
* Liaise with agency partners to fulfil requirements and manage cost of recruitment
* Manage permit application and renewal process
The HRBP will also be responsible for managing employee records, including Personnel Files and Training Databases. They will follow up with Dept of Social and Family Affairs PPS Numbers, references etc and ensure correct salary levels are set and maintained across the business.

The ideal candidate will have HR qualifications, 2+ years experience of working in HR and a minimum of 3 years management level experience. They should have experience of working in labour intensive single site environment and manufacturing, retail or similar experience.
This is an onsite role that requires a hands on approach working closely with managers and supervisors, using experience and knowledge to coach and mentor the team.
