Health & Safety Advisor (EU Rotation)
We are currently recruiting a Health & Safety Advisor for one of Ireland's largest M&E contractors. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a Data Centre project in Belgium.
The successful candidate will report into the site Health and Safety Lead, who oversees our projects across Ireland, Europe, and the UK. We operate in various sectors, including Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, and Data Centre.

Responsibilities:
* Assist the Health & Safety lead in ensuring compliance with all relevant Health, Safety & Workplace legislation.
* Ensure the site has a comprehensive construction EHS Plan in place.
* Develop and manage risk assessments & method statements.
* Assist with developing SOPs and provide training and communication to site personnel.
* Investigate incidents when they occur, identify root causes, and implement mitigating measures.
* Communicate Safety Alerts through scheduled Toolbox Talks.
* Complete and record statutory forms and inspections in a timely manner.
* Provide EHS project and documentation support.
* Advise site management on training & first aid requirements.
* Perform other duties as requested by the EHS Manager to meet company needs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* A relevant Health & Safety qualification.
* A team player with excellent internal and external client relationship-building skills.
* Flexible and open to constructive feedback.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
