Service Department Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially minded leader to lead and expand our nationwide service team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mix of office and client-facing responsibilities, focusing on team management, service efficiency, and business growth.
The Role:
* Lead and develop a team of five technicians and one office staff member, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
* Oversee commissioning, annual servicing, and breakdown response for HVAC products, including AHUs, gas heaters, and radiant tube heaters.
* Manage service operations across Ireland, winning contracts and optimising workflows - no hands-on maintenance required.
* Implement service management software to enhance scheduling, invoicing, and job tracking.
* Drive business growth by securing new service contracts and expanding revenue streams.
* E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations while optimising team efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven service management experience, ideally in HVAC or a related industry.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on team development.
* Commercial acumen - someone who can chase leads, develop new business, and contribute to increasing service revenue.
* Experience with service management software and process improvement.
* Full, clean driving license required.
