This role is central to supporting our clients through technology-enabled finance transformations. Effectively collaborate with our ERP technical team to develop the best strategy and solution and to ensure optimal design and delivery for our clients. Provide technical guidance and expertise in finance ERP systems to our clients staying updated with the latest ERP technologies and industry trends. Understand client requirements within the finance domain ensuring best-fit solutions can be achieved. Manage multi-disciplinary programme/project teams to deliver system integrations and implementations on time, within scope and within budget. Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of finance ERP programmes. Lead programme teams spanning E2E delivery to include requirements gathering, process design, programme and change management. Lead, develop and grow our team focussed on finance ERP strategy, design and implementation supporting our clients to accelerate financial processes, enhance performance management and financial reporting. Drive client development, leveraging deep expertise to deliver high-quality consulting and support business growth. Identify and purse new opportunities within the finance ERP domain. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of professional growth, client service excellence, and innovation. About You: Experience: Extensive experience in design and implementation of finance ERP systems, ideally within the G&PS industry Accounting Qualification: Fully qualified accountant. ERP Implementation: Extensive experience (10+ years) in ERP implementation, with a focus on finance modules. Strong Oracle experience is preferable. Programme Management: Significant demonstrated experience as a programme lead with senior stakeholder engagement as part of the role. Finance Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in finance process optimisation, operating model, with a comprehensive understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, Treasury, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). AI Knowledge: Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI applications, with a proactive approach to ongoing learning in this evolving area. Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing teams and overseeing large-scale transformation projects, balancing client expectations and project timelines effectively. Experience with managing senior stakeholders (e.g. at Assistant Secretary Level) Industry Focus: Experience in the G&PS sector is highly preferred. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Oracle technical applications and E2E delivery. Experience with SAP S4Hana is also valued.
