As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within and promoting the company values of being brave, wise, proud, and exceeding expectations. You will be supporting a financial client with their growth in the Irish market by providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who can manage inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently, collate information from customers, and ensure all customer records are up-to-date. Additionally, you will drive sales to achieve targets, identify new sales opportunities, and convert or refer them to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 9 months' experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn and grow with our company. You must also be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass all background checks.
