Key Responsibilities
* Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
* Monitor and interpret contract design documents supplied by clients or architects
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and site staff
* Setting out using various instruments as chosen by the company
* Supervise and monitor subcontractor work
* Report progress to Package Managers and highlight any issues
* Provide technical guidance and resolve unexpected technical difficulties
* Quality management and BCAR coordination
* Adhere to planning, health, safety, and environmental standards
* Weekly and monthly reporting to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
* Significant experience as a Site Engineer with a Developer or Main Contractor
* Strong setting out experience using Total Station and GPS equipment
* Fully clean manual driver's licence
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail
