Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Secretary and the successful candidate will work as part of a team within the office and will work directly with one of the partners in the firm.
Key responsibilities:
1. Liaising with clients, barristers and other professionals.
2. Organising and maintaining diaries and schedules.
3. Performing general administrative tasks such as dictated typing, scanning, and filing.
4. Preparing court documents and briefs.
5. Providing administrative support.
Required skills and experience:
1. Familiarity with Litigation, Conveyancing, and Probate procedure is essential.
2. Legal document preparation.
3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Proficient typing skills and experience with case management systems.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
