The Solicitor in Charge of the Tralee Office will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing the Beam and Sale Ready teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services. This role requires strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of legal practices, and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of Tralee Office:
1. Overseeing the daily operations of the Tralee office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Implementing office policies and procedures to maintain a professional and organised work environment.
3. Monitoring and managing office budgets, expenses, and resources.
4. Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the legal practice.
5. Handling client relationships and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
6. Fostering a positive and collaborative office culture.
Leadership of Beam and Sale Ready Legal Teams:
1. Providing leadership and direction to the Beam and Sale Ready teams to ensure high performance and productivity.
2. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve team goals and objectives.
3. Conducting regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Facilitating professional development and training opportunities for team members.
5. Evaluating team performance and providing constructive feedback and support.
6. Managing workload distribution and ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
Client Services and Legal Practice:
1. Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
2. Handling complex legal matters and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
3. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and networks.
4. Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the practice.
5. Ensuring the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
2. Proven experience in managing a legal office or team.
3. Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
7. High level of professionalism and integrity.
