Dublin 2 Type: Permanent - Onsite Job Summary: This role is a hands-on Learning and Development (L+D) role.
You should have experience executing global strategy while supporting regional developmental needs and leading a team.
The successful candidate will partner with a broad range of colleagues globally to help solve complex business challenges and opportunities, build and deliver initiatives to grow executives and leaders, and improve performance.
In this role, you will:
Consult and advise HR and senior leaders on their learning, organizational development, coaching, and talent priorities across global offices.
Collaborate across the business to develop solutions that promote strong organizational connectedness, support global alignment, and help leaders navigate change (personally and from an organizational perspective).
Partner closely with global L+D team to identify solutions that can be used to support regional needs and to ensure alignment of direction.
Support strategic team development and organizational design in partnership with senior leaders in the firm.
Provide targeted coaching using common assessment tools for leaders and employees to help them reach their potential and maximize their performance and impact.
Design, develop, and implement programs and initiatives that align with business goals and tailor content to specific client needs.
Facilitate workshops, learning events (with a focus on management and leadership development), and meetings with senior leaders and teams.
What you need:
Solid hands-on experience in Learning and Development, OD, or similar roles, with leadership responsibilities.
Experience coaching, consulting with, and advising senior leaders; ideally the successful candidate should have either corporate, in-house or coaching experience Experience with supporting and leading change management and organizational design initiatives.
Bachelor's degree and coaching certification required.
Outstanding consultative and partnering skills including excellent listening and questioning skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to build scalable, high impact, mission- driven training programs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance needs of the regional office with the direction of the global L+D function.
