As Supervisor, the person will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the management of the branch and, in his absence, to take full responsibility for the management of the branch. The person will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieves service, sales, and quality targets in a customer-focused environment whilst ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to, including Health & Safety.
Key Tasks Required:
1. Supervise and actively work on Motor Vehicles on the workshop floor
2. Achieve Company and branch objectives & targets
3. Ensure all administrative work is conducted in a timely manner
4. Record all relevant details on our in-house systems
5. Support Branch Manager as requested (e.g., Audits)
6. Use materials, parts, and equipment efficiently
7. Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety procedures
8. Adhere fully to the Company’s operations manual
9. Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
10. Understand and adhere to all Company policies and procedures/operations manual
11. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
12. Good Technical and Motor Experience
13. Must have leadership experience
14. Driving Licence essential
15. Must be able to work a 5/6 day roster
