Responsibilities include:
* Working closely with Engineering teams in carrying out technical and administrative tasks for departmental operations.
* Manage procurement/purchasing of goods/material needed for departmental operations.
* Manage storage, audit, shipment and scrapping of samples/consumables/spare parts.
* Create and track Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders, Credit Card purchases, and SORs.
* Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current processes to promote efficiency and productivity.
* Work on multiple projects and issues at a time.
* Help manage budget and track departmental spending.
* Conduct electrical testing and electronics fault isolation.
