Payroll Lead
Our client is a successful and well-established business operating in Meath. The role of Payroll Lead is office based and is a fantastic next step in your Payroll career.
Responsibilities:
Manage the efficient processing of the payroll for approximately 300 employees
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Supervise and motivate Payroll staff
Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and taxes.
Address payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally.
Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits.
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and continuous improvement of the process
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ Payroll experience
Working knowledge of compensation and benefits is essential
Experience with Megapay and Workday is preferable
Must have excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills
Time management and organisational skills are essential
