Job Overview
To work alongside the EAP management team, coaching counsellors to provide in-the-moment therapeutic support, championing in-house interventions, and assisting with information on various counselling subjects.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the EAP department and oversee daily efficiencies.
* Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management teams.
* Mentor counsellors to work in line with clinical governance and internal policies.
* Implement new daily goals based on workforce planning data and manage performance management protocols.
* Ensure effective call handling, quality assessments, and timely risk debriefs.
* Support recruitment, training, and induction processes.
* Maintain compliance with telephony system entitlement policies and attend regular meetings.
Requirements:
* Minimum diploma level 4 in Counselling.
* High computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience in an employee assistance programme or similar field.
