Job Description
A Candidate Experience Coordinator is a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
About the Role:
* Liaise with Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Specialists to handle candidate relationships, ensuring fast, consistent, and proactive communication.
* Develop and leverage relationships with past, present, and potential future candidates through a high-touch approach.
* Consistently track, measure, and report on candidate survey results to identify areas for improvement.
* Work with partners to increase efficiency in candidate experience activities.
* Support Coordinators in creating and managing detailed, personalized candidate interview schedules.
* Participate in or lead recruitment process improvement projects to enhance candidate experience.
* Assist Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Specialists with additional tasks during peak periods or ad-hoc requests.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1+ years of meaningful experience or significant experience in lieu of education.
* Experience in a similar role or HR/Talent Acquisition function is preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
