Who is Sprout?

Position Overview:
We believe that eating well should never mean sacrificing taste. Cooking with flavour is our passion, and our Kitchen Team is at the core of what we do. We are looking for enthusiastic people with a drive for producing delicious food for our customers. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be organized. You will help support the Kitchen Lead in the running of the kitchen, and having a good operational understanding of our restaurants will be key.

The Role:
Food Safety and Compliance: You ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed.
Hygiene Hero: You champion cleanliness in the kitchen.
Allergen Alert: You play a big part in allergen safety.
Recipe Rundown: You follow restaurant prep sheets with our teams.
Flavour Focus: You have a passion for flavour and quality.
Process Perfection: Good knowledge of all current menus, ingredients, and procedures in the kitchen.
Helping hand: Assisting the Kitchen Leader in preparing and monitoring food stock levels.
All hands on deck: You're ready to jump in when it matters most.
