TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer, strategic partnership manager that has experience in France and the Benelux region. Candidates should have prior experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns and work closely with the regional sales teams.
This role is to build and maintain a robust and reliable pipeline of new advertisers by acquiring SMBs through strategic partnerships with select SMB communities as well as to support the growth of the existing advertisers in the designated market.
Responsibilities:
1. Devise, maintain and deliver comprehensive small business advertiser acquisition and revenue growth plans through innovative strategies and campaigns in France and/or Benelux.
2. Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and content creation to vendor management and launch execution.
3. Establish, own and nurture relationships with high-potential external SMB partners.
4. Develop and drive end-to-end seasonal and always-on campaigns, coordinating deliverables and support from cross-functional partners.
5. Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams to drive leads and revenue growth for TikTok advertising solutions.
6. Advocate for the SMB customer, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs.
7. Manage and collaborate with third-party vendors/agencies to ensure high-quality campaign creation and execution.
8. Share best practices and collaborate with regional and global counterparts to achieve full-funnel success.
9. Track and analyze campaign and partnership performance across all digital platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Proven years of experience in marketing, new business acquisition/development or B2B strategic/channel partnerships, ideally within the digital marketing space, in France and Benelux.
2. A deep understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry and B2B Marketing.
3. Strong local market knowledge and understanding of the business landscape in France and/or Benelux.
4. Confidence in crafting integrated marketing plans encompassing various channels.
5. Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.
6. Track record of building impactful, sales-driven partnerships.
7. Excellent verbal and written English and French language skills. Dutch nice to have.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and execution skills.
2. Ability to translate data into clear narratives and operational strategies.
3. Proactive self-starter attitude, comfort with ambiguity.
4. Experience prioritizing and managing tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience within a strategy / Field marketing role within a technology company.
