The main responsibilities for this role are to assist managers with the daily management and service of a high-volume food and beverage operation. You will be responsible for creating new menu ideas, recipes, and managing a skilled kitchen team to produce exceptional dishes for customers.
Key Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience as a Head Chef in busy restaurant environments.
* A proven track record of creativity and passion for cooking, with an impressive portfolio.
* Experience managing a year-round food offering and kitchen team.
* Exceptional communication, management, organization, and time management skills.
* Flexibility with working hours, including mornings, afternoons, days, nights, and weekends.
* Excellent stock control, ordering, budgeting, and forecasting skills with a proven GP track record.
Packages Offered
* A competitive salary between €45,000 – €50,000 based on experience and qualifications.
