This role involves engaging with government agencies, financial institutions, and private sector stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Project Structuring & Delivery: Assist senior colleagues in evaluating infrastructure projects, conducting financial and commercial risk assessments, and ensuring effective project structuring.
Financial Modelling: Develop financial models, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and support payment mechanism development for infrastructure projects.
Contract Development: Contribute to procurement and legal documentation, including financial requirements for tender processes.
Funding Market Engagement: Support interactions with capital markets, debt providers, and equity funders for project financing.
Financial Advisory & Analysis: Conduct financial robustness assessments, counterparty credit analysis, and market evaluations.
