As an Area Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of your own office while leading and managing your sales team, with ongoing support from our senior management team.

* Training & Coaching: Develop and deliver effective training and coaching to your sales team, helping them achieve exceptional performance.
* Sales Performance: Drive improvements in sales quality by setting high standards through daily sales training and providing strong leadership.
* Team Leadership: Motivate and lead your field sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
* Goal Setting: Set clear goals, targets, and incentives to guide the success of your sales team.
* Brand Ambassador: Represent and promote the companys brand, ensuring consistency and excellence in all customer interactions.
* Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the recruitment team to identify and hire top talent for your sales team.
