About the Role:
* Creation and execution of end-to-end project delivery plans following UKG OneView methodology.
* Supporting and guiding Customers on the UKG OneView delivery methodology to ensure a successful Payroll transformation project.
* Overall delivery of projects following agreed-upon timelines with customers and internal stakeholders, as well as completion and sign-off exit criteria.
* Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans to include technical, business, and customer tasks and deliverables.
* Management of RAID Log, Dependencies, and project documentation.
* Coordinating internal/external resources to ensure project milestones/timelines are met.
* Successful completion and delivery of all project deliverables and milestones.
* Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate channels.
* Supporting all implementation technical deliverables and activities to support a customer and setup for operational success.
* Managing the handover of implementation to ongoing operations teams.
* Ensuring first-class customer experience during the Onboarding process.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in a commercial environment.
* Project Management Certification, strong understanding, and experience of PM Principles, tools, and techniques.
* Graduate or Postgraduate with a minimum of a 2.1 degree in a business or technology field.
* Excellent knowledge and experience of software delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
* Proven ability to act as a leader in business transformation projects.
* Good understanding of system integration principles.
* Strong exposure to software and service delivery.
* Proven track record in best-in-class Customer Service communications and delivery.
* Desire to develop a deep working knowledge of the global mobility/international payroll market.
Desired Skills:
* First-class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities at senior executive level.
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
* Excellent attention to detail and time and workload management skills.
* Motivated, professional, able to work on own initiative, with capacity to be a versatile team player - flexible, proactive, and pragmatic.
* Experience creating and managing project plans, RAID Logs, CRs, and adherence to governance standards.
* Experience of managing complex requirements and their implementation.
* Experience of working with Sales, Delivery, and Operational Teams.
* Problem solver with can-do attitude, calm influence under pressure.
* Experience in process development and improvement.
* Experience in payroll is an advantage but not required.
