Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to transform service delivery discipline and culture across EirGrid Group. As the primary interface for business engagement on service delivery, you will develop a deep understanding of mission-critical services and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Direct a core team of Service Management professionals in partnership with business areas and Managed Service Providers.
* Ensure all IT Services are measured and evaluated against Key Performance Indicators.
* Act as the primary interface with business customers for service resilience and continuity.
Key Requirements:
* Qualification in a relevant field, plus 8+ years of leadership experience.
* Passionate about employee and stakeholder experience, with strong service and customer orientation, and commercial focus.
* Significant experience in Service Management, Service Delivery, Incident and Problem Management in complex IT environments.
About You:
Candidates should possess excellent leadership skills, with experience managing delivery of critical services through third-party vendors. Ability to lead programmes in service and process design, implementation, and improvement is essential. Experience working in regulated environments, preferably utility-based, is also required.
Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
