Experienced Receptionist
We are seeking an experienced and professional receptionist to join our Front Office team at the Iveagh Garden Hotel.
About the Role
This is a full-time permanent position, requiring a high level of organisational and technical ability. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, meeting and greeting hotel guests, operating the hotel booking systems, and problem solving daily guest enquiries and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet all hotel guests upon arrival
* Operate the hotel booking system (Hotsoft)
* Problem solve and deal with daily guest enquiries, requests, and expectations
* Deliver exceptional customer care and guest service
Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Minimum 1-2 years previous Front Office experience in a 3*/4* property
* Solid knowledge of Front Office Reception Procedures and systems
* Highly organised and able to work independently
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Word, Excel, and Hotsoft Reservation package preferable
