Project Administrator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our client, a Public Service body based in Kildare, on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will report directly to a General Manager and be responsible for managing various projects across operations and finance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing projects from start to finish
* Liaising with various departments
* Maintaining project logs, including actions, issues, and open questions
* Updating databases and running reports
* Supervising staff
* Adhering to best practice models for risk control, project management, monitoring, and closure
Required Experience and Qualifications:
* Advanced Excel skills
* Proficiency in MS packages
* Relevant third-level qualification (e.g., degree) or equivalent is desirable
Working Conditions:
The working week is 35 hours, with 30 days annual leave.
Estimated Salary Range:
$50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
