We are now inviting applications for the positions of Trading Managers Assistant in our Ambient Category.
Reporting to the Trading Manager the successful applicant will: Provide Admin support to the Trading Manager, including product listing, price maintenance and promotions setup Liaising with Suppliers, Retailers and with the wider Trading team around projects and frequent deadlines Supporting the TM on cross funstional initiatives Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date reports using excel Works on own initiative with automomy and as apart of a wider team.
The successful candidate will have: Strong customer service orientation with excellent administrative, interpersonal and communication skills Competency in PC packages Experience in in house databases is desirable Previous experience in Trading/Purchasing, Sales or Supply Chain is essential to the role Strong numerical skills Planning and organising skills and ability to meet deadlines.
This is a 12 month contract.
