As part of their continued growth and ambitious plans to dominate the seasonal and giftware markets, our client is seeking a Store Manager to lead their team in Co Louth.
Our client is looking for a passionate retail manager who is a people-focused, organised and able to inspire and motivate teams around them to deliver sales and other store targets. You will be managing your own team, responsible for the productivity and growth of this store. A proven retail manager, who has a background in a busy Grocery, or Non-Food environment would be ideal for this job.

Requirements for this Store Manager job:
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail environment.Background in sectors such as big-box grocery, non-food, DIY, homewares, or clothing is preferred.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail and performance.Flexibility to work shifts around closing and opening hours Monday to Sunday rational roster 9 am - 9pmPrevious management experience required, achieving store sales, managing costs, and responsible for managing your own team
Responsibilities for this Store Manager job
Lead by example and be a role model, always display exemplary leadership behaviour.Provide Training and development to all members of your team within the stores.Maintaining high levels of customer service within your storeEnsure you and your team have up to date product knowledge to be effective in upselling products and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty by following up on out of stocks and orders placed.Maintain a steady and productive workflow, making effective use of rostered hours, planning and executing duties across the floor to ensure all work is completed and achieved within the deadline.Merchandising to a high standard, using displays and POS to present products and upsell.Overall responsibility for the entire store and its department's performance, ensuring sales targets are met and all KPIs are meeting expectations Professionally deal with any complaints/requests from customers to maintain the Company's reputation.
