**Telesales Manager - Sports & Fitness Equipment**
Our client is a well-established Irish business specializing in the sale of sports and fitness equipment and gym fit-outs.
Their sales business operates across four pillars: sales office, showroom, online, and commercial/gym fit-outs.
Based in the Dublin showroom, this role involves managing a team of three telesales executives who handle email, website, inbound, and outbound inquiries.
Your team will sell a diverse portfolio of products, including both high-ticket and low-ticket items to sports clubs, schools, and smaller customers with home gyms.
During peak periods, this role requires a reactive approach; however, during quieter times, you will collaborate with marketing to develop ideas for generating new business.
