Role
7. To Manage the project / projects from inception to handover
8. Management & Administration of the Contract
9. Manage project outputs to agreed milestones & deadlines
10. Manage the budget against the target cost identify and escalating any changes within the target cost
11. Management of Health & Safety throughout the project
12. Forecast resource levels throughout the project cycle and report this to the Framework manager
13. Management and development of team members
14. Be on site on a regular basis
Responsibilities of Project Manager
15. Maintaining profit margin against target cost
16. Agreeing levels of resource against the programme
17. Site Health & Safety including management of the Health & Safety files
18. Environmental management
19. Maintaining Governance against company procedures
20. Agreeing the programme & schedule of works
21. Collaborating with all stakeholders engaged within the project
22. Ensuring production of all documentation required to manage the project in line with CDM requirements
23. Compilation of Weekly / monthly reports as dictated by the project
24. Monitoring of design outputs against the design deliverable schedule including remedial cause of action as required.
25. Collaboration and management of the client throughout the project cycle
26. Confirming that all regularity standards are adhered to
27. Technical governance and sign off is adhered to
28. Evaluating scope of work and highlighting business risk
29. Managing/eliminating business risk
30. Chair collaborative meetings
31. Management of budget
32. Liaison with site team
33. Manage team expectations and outputs
34. Manage client expectations
35. Any other duties that are commensurate with the position as may be assigned from time to time.
Experience/Qualifications Needed
36. 2 + years demonstrated Project management experience
37. Experience of managing multidiscipline teams
38. Experience of managing Multiple small projects or single larger projects
39. Bachelor’s degree in a MEICA, Civil or Environmental Engineering.
40. Project Management Professional Certification (PMP, APM)
