Job Title: HR Analyst
Location: County Louth, Ireland
Reporting to: Head of HR
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a subject matter expert on our HR systems, providing guidance and information to businesses on system capabilities for:
o HRIS, including Self Service, Talent & Performance Management, Onboarding and Learning modules
o Time and Attendance System
o Engagement Platform
o Recruitment Platform
o Other digital systems that store, generate and process HR data
* Collaborate with HR/HR System stakeholders to interpret business needs into system functionalities.
* Design and conduct training sessions on HR systems.
* Work closely with stakeholders across the business to upskill them, providing training to local HR System Administrators to increase their effectiveness in using the system.
* Maintain and update system documentation.
* Assess the impact of updates on the broader HRIS infrastructure.
* Engage with Group IT and HR Programme Director along with the system vendors in Release Management.
* Act as a point of escalation for system-related queries including troubleshooting issues and liaising with the system provider for support.
* Drive user adoption and continuous improvement.
* Lead on integrating newly acquired businesses into HR Systems and develop a comprehensive onboarding programme to ensure a consistent and effective approach.
Qualifications/Education:
* HR qualification or comparable level of experience in the field of HR.
* A natural interest and aptitude for information systems and applications.
* A curious mindset that enjoys process and systems management.
* Ability to communicate data findings to the business – “Tell the story”, from the insights through dashboards, visualizations and presentations.
* Previous experience using SAP SuccessFactors and Time and Attendance systems will be beneficial in getting up to speed quickly with the systems; however, previous similar system experience will also be advantageous.

The central HR Team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join their team on a fixed-term contract for 2 years on a part-time basis.
Salary & Benefits: €35,000 - €£40,000
