Key Responsibilities
This role involves proactively reaching out and working with our Broker network to cultivate and enhance profitable business relationships in alignment with AXA's strategy.
Your focus will be on providing high-quality service to brokers, while striving to achieve key performance indicators and targets, including submission volumes, sales, retentions, profitability, and underwriting quality performance.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September onwards.
Job Details
* Working closely with the AXA Commercial & Retail Team(s) across Dublin, Athlone, and Derry to achieve performance targets and service objectives.
* Adhering to the control environment, including underwriting QA, Risk, Internal Audit, and Compliance environment to ensure a high level of governance within the Broker area.
* Identifying sales opportunities with Elevate brokers.
* Understanding and promoting AXA products.
* Working closely with the Underwriting Teams to ensure excellent customer service.
* Generating leads from Elevate Brokers through outbound calling.
* Through relationship development, identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
* Ideal experience: 3 years in a similar role, with Commercial and/or Retail Insurance experience.
* Experience in a Sales & Relationship Management role would be beneficial.
* APA qualification is essential, with a commitment to completing CIP within 12 months required.
* Strong relationship and influencing skills, excellent communicator, positive influencer with the ability to interact with people from different seniority, cultures, and business disciplines.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* A precondition of employment for this role is being eligible and authorised to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
