Chef de Partie Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Busker Brownes & Kirbys Restaurant.
Job Summary:
This is a key role that requires a professional with previous experience in the hospitality industry, who can work well under pressure and maintain high standards of quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
* To prepare food to a consistently high standard and take pride in their work
* To be well organised, punctual and able to communicate effectively with colleagues
* To have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
* To possess knowledge of HACCP and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen environment
* Knowledge of culinary skills and HACCP
* Ability to work flexible hours, including 5 days per week, with shifts ranging from 12 - 9 daily
* Fluent English language skills
