My client, who is responsible for support services and based in Dublin 24, is seeking a customer support administrator for an immediate start to join their team. This role will have a contract till the end of December with a review for extension and will be fully based on-site with no option to work from home.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Providing excellent levels of customer service.
2. Looking after customer queries logged through the ticket handling system within SLA agreements.
3. Providing, updating, and evaluating ongoing processes and procedures.
4. Reviewing and analyzing information from our clients’ customers.
5. Providing and completing reports.
6. Processing application forms.
7. Processing orders for supplies.
8. Providing general financial information such as payment updates.
9. Responding to queries by both phone and email.
10. Other ad hoc general administration and customer service tasks.
The successful candidate will be required to have:
1. At least one year’s experience within Customer Service or Call Centre.
2. At least one year’s experience within administration or finance.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
