Talent Acquisition Partner Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Computer Placement Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the client's Service Delivery Manager to provide operational support for recruitment services.
* Collaborate with the talent delivery team to understand role requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles.
* Manage administrative, scheduling, and coordination tasks associated with assigned clients.
Requirements:
* MSc in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent delivery, including:
o Client-facing experience in an RPO/MSP environment.
o Experience working in greenfield projects or new business start-ups in Ireland.
o Familiarity with IDA clients and R&D grants/tax credits.
o Working knowledge of ATS systems such as Greenhouse or ICIMS.
o Full-cycle recruitment experience.
This is a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary of €35,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours per week). We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
