Clinical Nurse Manager

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring care service delivery meets the highest standard, disseminating information to a team to maintain consistent service levels. They ensure a single point of contact within the team in a partnership arrangement.
Duties include:
* Attending meetings with stakeholders as required.
* Working with a team to ensure service satisfaction.
* Planning and implementing initiatives for managed solution services.
* Supervising new staff and delivering assessment protocols to agreed standards.
* Maintaining documentation on care provision.
* Visiting clients to review service updates and feedback.
* Carrying out checks and completing client and staff feedback forms.
* Monitoring client satisfaction.
* Working as part of a regional team and travelling throughout the West region.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A current and in-date ABA registration.
* In-date certifications in mandatory courses such as Patient Moving & Handling and CPR.
* A strong understanding of HIQA standards.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
* Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in basic IT systems.
