My client, a leading Financial Services Consultancy, is seeking to hire multiple Business Analysts to support a leading Banking client across different change programmes they are currently undertaking.
Key Responsibilities
* Requirement gathering, elicitation, solution design and business readiness.
* Soft focus on implementing Standards of Practice for BA role and associated tasks.
* Have the ability to understand current and upcoming regulations and how they may affect the organisation.
Requirements for the role
* At least two years' Business Analysis experience within the Financial Services industry.
* Operations knowledge across Financial Services, ideally Banking.
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and arrange priorities under pressure.
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs of the business.
