If you're passionate about pushing boundaries and making an impact, this role is for you!In this role, you will:Support and lead all aspects of enterprise digital: monitor progress using achievements, goals, and landmarks.Lead the product ownership CoE: Establish and lead a product ownership CoE driving innovation through an incubator that fast tracks emerging technologies and partnerships.Partner engagement and governance: engage with senior partners and implement a digital governance model, ensuring robust planning, agile practices, and effective delivery across teams.Support the digital transformation: Collaborate with business customers, enterprise architects, and change teams to prioritize and track the impact of transformation initiatives.Mentorship and culture building: create growth and cultural transformation by mentoring and guiding teams, ensuring continuous improvement in digital initiatives and agile practices.Help the organization implement the tribe scale agile model.What will make you stand out?The successful candidate will have great experience in Digital and Innovation with excellent consultation and presentation skills. A deep understanding of modern technology stacks, including cloud computing, microservices architecture, API-driven architectures, data architectures, and associated technology trends.You will have excellent communication, influencing, and teamwork skills, with a proven track record of working in multi-functional teams.Experience with any of the following will also help you to stand out:Knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment in which it operates.Essential QualificationsThere are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.More about the teamThe Digital and Enterprise Architecture team is passionate about modernizing and simplifying the technology of Bank of Ireland to enable the best experiences for customers and colleagues.The team is hardworking and knowledgeable, with skills in IT Strategy, Architecture, IT Consulting, and deep technology understanding.
