Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team at Crewit Resourcing, an industry-leading international recruitment company. The ideal candidate will be skilled at developing strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and successfully managing both pre- and post-sales activities. This role involves frequent domestic travel, with occasional international travel, to meet with clients and cultivate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
* Meet with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation
* Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and closing sales with clients in the recruitment and staffing industry.
* Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Support and Service Excellence
* Deliver post-sale support to ensure a seamless client experience and foster client loyalty.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients to address concerns, answer questions, and resolve any issues promptly.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights and competitive advantages.
* Proactively identify potential clients and emerging markets to expand the company's client base.
Coordination and Collaboration
* Work closely with the internal recruitment team to align on client needs and provide relevant market insights.
* Collaborate on marketing initiatives, client presentations, and account reviews to enhance sales effectiveness and market reach.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience in sales, ideally within recruitment, HR services, or a related industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
* Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales and exceed targets.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools as required.
* Willingness and ability to travel domestically on a regular basis and internationally on occasion.
* A driving license is required.
