About this role:
We are seeking a passionate Service Sales Consultant to join our Sales team, reporting directly to our Ireland Sales Manager. This role will focus on improving market penetration and growing the servicing business within the Dublin region, aligning with our company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building relationships with customers
* Identifying and developing new client areas via lead generation and prospecting
* Closing profitable deals across various customer groups
* Achieving sales and revenue growth according to agreed targets
* Responding to quotation requests, tender enquiries, following up, and negotiating to close the sale
* Maximising exposure of products and services across targeted accounts and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
* Developing and implementing strategic account plans with clear objectives to increase market share
* Measuring and communicating progress against monthly targets by accurate and timely reporting and forecasting
* Managing existing client accounts to maximise share of their spend and develop existing relationships
* Liaising with the Regional Director and Sales Manager to ensure all work follows appropriate company practices
* Visiting clients
Requirements:
* Commercial drive
* Previous sales experience (advantageous if within the lift or escalator industry)
* Strong presentation skills
* Competence in all Microsoft programmes, including Project and PowerPoint
* Excellent time management skills, highly organised, approachable, and flexible
* Strong organisational and people skills
* Attention to detail
* Proactivity, driven by results, and looking to go the extra mile
