IT Support Engineer
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our client's team on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and troubleshoot Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android systems.
* Perform basic administration of Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
* Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software for optimal performance.
* Diagnose and resolve incidents involving printers, copiers, scanners, and other peripherals.
* Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years experience in a similar IT support role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with remote support tools.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience using service management tools such as ServiceNow.
