We are hiring a permanent HR Generalist to join our team supporting one of their clients onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Champion the people and commercial agenda across client sites within Talent Evolution group, creating a professional and profitable profile and a positive working environment for all Cpl resources while ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory legislation and industry best practice.
2. Work alongside the existing TEG HR Team including Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Specialist, while prioritising business needs.
3. Provide transactional support to Service Delivery teams with a strong focus on change management initiatives, organisational restructures, outsourcing, TUPE transfers, redundancy, disciplinary, and absence management solutions.
4. Conduct and support Disciplinary and Grievances ensuring accurate and timely resolution and documentation of concerns or issues.
5. Conduct Probation meetings and Performance Improvement Plans with contingent workers.
6. Monthly HR reporting to Service Delivery Director.
7. Rolling out and ensuring HR best practice across the client sites.
8. Educate hiring management on best HR practice.
9. Monthly audits of new starters.
10. Support and empower a team of high performing and engaged Service Delivery Managers on all people-related matters.
11. Support employees on any human resource issues or queries they may have and facilitate actions to resolve these in a timely manner.
12. Deliver HR inductions on client sites to ensure a positive employee experience for all agency and contractor teams.
13. Deliver HR service through our dedicated onsite HR Connect Clinics.
14. Support compliance administration for agency and contractor workers.
15. Work with the CoE team to develop and implement clear guidance for agency and contractor workers/models on all statutory leave requirements and other elements impacting the employee experience.
16. Support COE team with Helpdesk HR queries.
17. Arrange appointments and referrals to appointed Occupational Health Advisor for OH/Risk Assessments.
18. Support with interviews when required.
19. Support with Projects across the group, including Process improvement projects.
20. Manage and oversee the graduate and intern process.
21. SSP management for client sites.
Skills/Experience/Competencies Required:
1. CIPD qualified.
2. At least 3+ years’ HR operational experience.
3. Strong business acumen and a commercially minded self-starter.
4. Good understanding and practical experience of Irish employment legislation.
5. Demonstrated excellent administration, communication & business writing skills with strong attention to detail.
6. Strong project management abilities.
7. Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality on all tasks.
8. Efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills, process improvement orientation.
9. Ability to meet Service Level Agreements/metrics.
10. Strong presentation skills.
11. Effective communication with people at all levels of the business.
12. IT literate.
13. Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
14. Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing credibility with Business Directors, Client Stakeholders / Senior Management and employees.
15. Strong customer focus attitude.
16. A professional approach, flexible, open to change.
17. Ability to cope with pressure of peak workloads through good planning and time management skills.
