Job Title: HR Operations Team Lead
This role will report to a Senior HR Business Partner based in Dublin and will have supervisory responsibility for the HR Operations Team, which comprises an HR Analyst and two HR Assistants, to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The team supports European offices, so this role will have some exposure to other offices and the wider European HR Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the HR Operations Team, ensuring seamless business operations
* Support European offices through collaboration with the HR Team
* Maintain thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
* Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tasks with a solution-focused approach
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or CIPD qualification
* Circa 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in a Generalist or junior Business Partner role
* Resourceful problem-solving aptitude and excellent communication skills
* Familiarity with Irish employment law
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and ability to learn new technical systems
