We are recruiting entry-level and experienced sales professionals to join our team at a leading global professional services company based in Dublin, Ireland.
Role Overview
As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for creating new relationships with small to medium and large-sized businesses in the DACH region and showcasing how they can leverage our unique digital marketing advertising solutions and analytics to build brand awareness and increase product sales.
Main Responsibilities
* Identify, research, and contact potential new partner businesses that could benefit from our unique business proposition, delivering personalized product pitches.
* Work with existing clients to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-create effective marketing plans to achieve them.
* Gain an in-depth understanding of partners' business goals and offer educated insights to help them succeed.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN A BOOK OF BUSINESS by developing and growing long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.
* Work towards set KPIs and quarterly sales targets.
* Collaborate with the wider sales team to share knowledge and best practices.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Fluent German and English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
* At least one year of experience in a sales role involving relationship-building with businesses and helping them achieve their goals.
* Understanding of digital marketing terms and metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
* A proven track record of working towards sales targets.
* A desire to make businesses more successful.
