Contract Details:
* Duration: 6 months, with the potential to extend up to 9 or 12 months.
* Location: Dublin City Centre (hybrid working model).
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in commercial contracts, data protection, and technology agreements. This position demands a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to managing high-volume, fast-paced contractual work while effectively addressing legal and compliance risks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements and technology-related contracts.
2. Provide actionable legal advice to support business decision-making and risk mitigation.
3. Manage supplier agreements, focusing on supplier terms and navigating complex contract negotiations.
4. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) in contracts and related processes.
5. Collaborate closely with procurement and other stakeholders to resolve legal queries and finalise agreements efficiently.
Experience Required:
1. Qualified lawyer with 8–10+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
2. Strong background in commercial contracts, particularly supplier-side agreements.
3. Proven expertise in data protection and technology-related agreements.
4. A self-starter capable of working autonomously and efficiently with minimal oversight.
