The role involves administration support, finance record keeping, and operations assistance to a multi-disciplinary team in a busy consultancy.The role requires bookkeeping knowledge, administration skills, flexibility to support IT, HR, tendering, and organisational management tasks.Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration support for operations including insurance, tendering, HR & IT
2. Office management and day-to-day task support
3. Sales/Purchases invoicing, debtors and creditors management, banking and accounts on SAGE
4. Project management system update, project tracking, support to management team
5. Coordinate and Liaise with External IT support
Applicants should have:
6. Administration experience in an office environment
7. Bookkeeping experience and preferably a qualification
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, decision-making capacity
9. Good organisational and coordinating skills, ability to multitask projects and activities
10. Attention to detail and accuracy
11. Works independently, self-starter, practical and organised with good coordinating skills
12. A positive attitude, willing to work collaboratively with others
13. Excellent MS Office skills, Word, Excel
14. Some experience of SAGE or similar accounting package
