Building & Facilities Clerical Officer, 12-month contract, 27-40K D.O.E. The building and facilities clerical officer will be responsible for all administrative aspects of the management of inspection/maintenance and repair activities for buildings and facilities at Heuston Station.
This contract will initially be for 12 months with the possibility to extend.
Please note this is a fully on-site role.
The Candidate: Must have proven previous administrative/clerical officer experience.Will be a highly organised individual, with the ability to deliver results in an effective and efficient manner.Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.Have attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.Be a team player and support colleagues and managers.Must have a working knowledge of SAP and SharePoint.Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.Desirable Skills: Experience with Purchase Order (PO), Purchase Requisition (PR), Contracts, Inventory Valuation, Vendor Management, and Materials Requirement Planning.
