We have an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial Sales Representative to join an expanding company to lead their business in the Irish market. Applicants are welcome from any location in Ireland as the role has a flexible working environment.

Working as part of an experienced international team, the Sales Represtative will be responsible for maintaining a book of existing clients, upselling and leading new business generation.
Responsibilities:
5. Develop strong relationships with assigned customers in the Pharma/Medical device sector to achieve target retention rates, improved profitability and organic growth.
6. Demonstrate and explain a product/service in a structured approach, to ensure new and existing business is enhanced
7. Generation of new sales and cross selling opportunities within monthly and
8. annual targets
9. Keeping senior management aware of competitive activity in the market
10. Work cross-functionally with other teams
11. Structured customer care to ensure customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and further expansion of existing customer business
Knowledge and Behaviour:
12. Planning and organisational talent
13. Presentation techniques
14. Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
15. Negotiating skills, communication skills and customer orientation
Education and Qualifications
16. A degree in Business, Science or related qualification is a bonus
17. Knowledge of the Phramaceutical/Medical, specifically Cleanroom sector
18. At least 3-5 years of direct sales and/or technical experience in the service
19. sector
20. Experience in dealing with customers or key decision makers
21. Commercial knowledge and business acumen
