This campaign is confined to staff who are currently employed by the HSE, TUSLA, other statutory health agencies*, or a body which provides services on behalf of the HSE under Section 38 of the Health Act 2004 as per Workplace Relations Commission agreement -161867.
The Grade V Healthcare Records Manager will ensure that the Healthcare Records Department operates efficiently and effectively and to ensure delivery of a high quality service in the appropriate administrative areas of responsibility which includes the supervision of assigned staff. Lead out and ensure the HSE Standards and Recommended Practices for Healthcare Records Management are adhered to across Wexford Acute Services.
The successful candidate will also manage the operational performance of the iPMS Patient Management Systems and work as part of a team of iPMS System Administrators ensuring cross cover support is available for iPMS at all times. Lead out on the implementation of new modules on iPMS across Wexford Acute Services as required and appropriate. Provide system administration cross cover support to other hospital systems as required e.g. the Lab, TPro etc.
