DescriptionPosition summary:Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, Jigsaw’s Campaigns Officer will play a key role in the communications and fundraising team. For more information on Jigsaw, and the services and supports we provide, visit www.jigsaw.ieResponsibilities:You will work closely with the Fundraising Manager and the wider Fundraising and Communications team in increasing supporter acquisition, retention and cultivation from our national fundraising campaigns, helping to deliver agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and income targets and retention objectives, both regionally and nationally. With a focus on collaboration, you will identify, evaluate and implement innovations and improvements to our existing campaigns mix, and will also identify potential new fundraising campaigns/events to add to our annual calendar. You will work closely with your communications and digital colleagues to create and implement effective communication and recruitment strategies via email, organic social media, digital advertising, traditional media, print and person-to-person opportunities’. Creatively minded, you will oversee the flow of creative approvals, copy and design review to ensure projects are delivered within deadlines. You will work with external agencies and suppliers to ensure creative projects meet agreed objectives and to ensure cost effectiveness. Possessing excellent people skills, you will build strong person-to-person relationships with existing and new supporters, to build our bank of impact content & stories, that help us deliver strong, emotive messaging that resonates with key target audiences. You will have experience of managing donors through a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform and will contribute to Jigsaw CRM’s development and data management plans in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) guidelines. With a keen eye for results and impact, you will capture and communicate fundraising insights and data in a clear manner that can enable decision making quickly and effectively. With a passion for knowledge and professional improvement, you will be attending sector meetings, conferences and workshops to improve our understanding and awareness of the latest insights and innovations in fundraising and campaigning. Internally, you will support internal colleagues and help promote a strong culture and understanding of the role of Fundraising and donor recognition throughout Jigsaw. Work collaboratively with other departments across Jigsaw and be a supportive and effective team member. RequirementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Essential Criteria: You are passionate about supporting young people with their mental health and achieving change in Irish society. A minimum of 3 years’ experiences working within fundraising, campaigns, community development, project management or a related area. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and comfortable in speaking or presenting in-person, on the phone and online. Experience of working with a CRM system (Ideally Salesforce). The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess the skills to effectively work within cross functional teams in a collaborative environment. You are insights-driven and are committed to quality, accuracy, and consistency. Demonstrated ability to bring fundraising projects from strategy development through to execution, in line with fundraising income targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience working in a detail-oriented position. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate with co-workers in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrate initiative and drive for results. Desirable Criteria: A 3rd level qualification in marketing or related field Experience in Salesforce is a distinct advantage Proficient in presenting and public speaking Previous experience in an NGO environment Full, clean driving license This role also requires the ability to travel for work and the willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends, as required.BenefitsSalary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Factors taken into account in determining an appropriate scale include the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications relevant to the job. The salary range for this role will be €33,000 - €46,800.
