Global Commerce Cloud Product Manager Job Overview:
This position serves as the Global Commerce Cloud Product Manager for Henry Schein's next generation e-commerce platform. The Global Product Manager is responsible for product vision, strategy, and outcome-oriented roadmap, prioritizing product features and capabilities, and maintaining a healthy product backlog.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead product backlog definition and prioritization to drive collaboration between business and IT teams.
* Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure optimal configuration and meet business objectives.
* Define key metrics and collaborate across teams to achieve organizational goals.
* Drive new product initiatives through collaboration with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
* Collaborate with teams to develop cohesive product evolution strategies.
* Utilize data insights and market analysis to prioritize product initiatives.
* Prepare executive updates on production metrics, new features, and financial forecasting.
* Manage stakeholder communication for effective alignment and expectation management.
* Monitor industry metrics, assess performance, and identify growth opportunities.
* Maintain platform compliance with enterprise standards and strategic alignment.
* Develop process and user documentation.
* Lead efforts to drive platform adoption and understanding through training and support to end users.
Necessary Skills:
* 5+ years of successful SAP Commerce Cloud product owner experience.
* Strong e-commerce expertise, particularly with SAP Commerce Cloud.
* Proficiency in product management strategy, optimization, and integration.
* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
* Proactive, adaptable, and experienced in global team dynamics.
* Passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth.
Desirable Experience:
* Strong background in e-commerce platforms, site requirements, and analytics.
* Understanding of cloud, APIs, and DevOps.
* Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
* Ability to coordinate across teams for agile development and release schedules.
* Familiarity with software development and web technologies.
* Adept at backlog management and prioritization.
Necessary Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
* Scrum Product Owner or Certified Product Manager credentials preferred.
* 7 – 10+ years of digital project implementation experience preferred.
Work Arrangement:
* Hybrid work arrangement with minimal travel required (<10%).
