This luxury four-star hotel in Dublin city centre is seeking a highly experienced Duty Manager who will oversee the property in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished hospitality professional with strong food and beverage management experience, excellent customer service standards, and the ability to deal with guest queries or complaints effectively.
Further responsibilities include ensuring compliance with food and beverage department regulations, managing cash, maintaining proper staff conduct, participating in hotel sales and promotions, and attending management meetings.
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in duty management, including cash handling, incident reporting, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). A minimum of two years' experience and a background in four-star properties are highly advantageous.
