Purpose of Post:
The overall objective of this position is to manage and provide leadership to the highest professional standards, ensuring human resource services and supports are provided efficiently and effectively, in accordance with best practice and all statutory requirements. The core purpose is to lead and coordinate recruitment/selection, retention, training/development strategies, and maintain harmonious employee relations, ensuring a high-quality and motivated workplace.
The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR policies and monitoring adherence to best practices throughout the organization. He/She will participate at a senior level in overall governance arrangements.
